Q8V Codec System

Qbit’s Q8V Codec System is a highly flexible audio transmission platform combining the proven strengths of the Q880 and Q866 with powerful new features. As an Akamai MSL 4.x Qualified Encoder, it supports versatile, target-oriented workflows via an internal audio matrix connecting any input to any output. Deployable across platforms, the Q8V Network Media Appliance processes up to 100 stereo channels with field-upgradable licensing and eight configurable Gigabit Ethernet ports.
