Qbit’s Q877 is a professional 8-channel DAB+ audio receiver designed specifically for radio distribution and monitoring applications.
Based on Qbits extensive heritage in audio contribution, the Q877 DAB+ Receiver offers a professional rebroadcast and monitoring receiver for 24/7 operation of DAB and DAB+ reception.
The Q877 was designed as an easy-to-use and cost-effective backup receiver for transmitter stations as well as monitoring of DAB and DAB+ key parameters such as RSSI, CNR, SNR, FFT Offset, FIC Quality and FIB Error Count.
The unit is able to receive 2, 4 or 8 services and decode them to digital (AES3) audio.The Q877 converts PAD metadata to RDS, therefore offering UECP data (PS, RT, PI, PTY & CT) for rebroadcasting. Furthermore, the Q877 provides switch contacts to signal road traffic announcements.
